Tips
Spring Weddings
June weddings and pearls have long been thought of as part of a
"traditional" ceremony. The month of June used to be popular
since it was typically the time of year when people graduated from
college and tied the knot. Although this is no longer true,
according to wedding planners, the traditional string of pearls is
something that most brides continue to wear.
Especially with current
couture, the wedding dress needs something to complete the look and
a simple strand of pearls will always be beautiful on any bride
Summer Weddings
Summer can be a wonderful time for a wedding but it may also be
difficult for senior family members and friends who don't do well in
the heat. Plan ahead so that the reception is not too far from
the wedding ceremony.
Also, it's a good idea to
limit the "open bar" and make sure that individuals drink plenty of
water - plain or sparkling. If you are holding the reception
outdoors, late afternoon or early evening will usually help to usher
in a cool breeze.
Autumn Weddings
Bridal bouquets and your floral theme have gone from white to
bright. Seasonal floral arrangements can combine bold colors to add
to your ceremony and reception. This is especially true at autumn
weddings where mixed arrangements of reds, golds and mango provide a
warm accent to any setting.
